Article 1 – Purpose
We reserve the right to amend the conditions of sale at any time. These applicable conditions will take effect on the date the buyer confirms the order.

Article 2 – Price
The price of the digital guide is indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day the order is confirmed). All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.
We reserve the right to modify the price of the digital guide at any time, but in all cases, the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of the validation of the order.
Article 3 – Orders

Contractual information is presented in English. Any order appearing on the website https://internationalschoolsinbrussels.be/ means that you agree to the present General Terms and Conditions. Any order confirmation means that you fully and completely agree to the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale, without exception or reservation.
All the data provided and the order confirmation will be considered as proof of the transaction. You acknowledge that you are fully aware of these terms and conditions.
The confirmation of the order will be considered as a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. A summary of the information of your order will be communicated to you via the email address used to confirm your order.
Article 4 – Payment/Invoicing
Payment for the digital guide is due at the time the order is submitted. The payment of your purchase is made by credit card through the integrated secure system or via Paypal. Credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted on the site. The transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information. We are not responsible for technical problems related to the payment.
In the event of an error, or if it is impossible to debit the card, the sale is immediately cancelled automatically and the order is cancelled. A summary of the purchase will be sent to you by email.
Article 5 – Delivery
The digital guide comes in digital format and is delivered immediately after payment to the email address given during the ordering process.
In case you do not receive it, please check your unwanted messages (Spams) and contact us if necessary via the “contact” button at the top of the page on the site.
Article 6 – No right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force concerning digital content supply services, you expressly accept that the supply of the digital guide begins as soon as your order is validated, i.e. before the end of the 14-day period, and you expressly waive your right to benefit from the right of retraction. No request for retraction, cancellation or refund will be admissible for the period subscribed to.
Acceptance of the immediate start of the digital content supply and the express renunciation of the right of withdrawal for this content is formalised at the time of validation of the digital content order.
As a result, purchases of digital content are firm and final. They may not, therefore, give rise to a refund or the exercise of a right of withdrawal.
Article 7 – Guarantee of conformity
In the case of damaged files, a refund or exchange is possible. In this case, contact us via the contact button at the top of the page on the site.
Article 8 – Reimbursement
Refunds of products in the case referred to in Article 7 shall be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of the date on which the right was exercised.
Article 9 – Applicable law in the event of disputes
The language of this contract is the English language. The present conditions of sale are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the Belgian courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
Article 10 – Personal data
We reserve the right to collect nominative information and personal data concerning you, if and only if it is necessary for the management of your order.
